Feeling super tired, but I think it's just the stress and hours of the internship. Hopefully I will start handling it with more ease (physically and emotionally) soon.

Tara,
Any chance I can talk you into reading my post from today? I really need some advice. Especially if you have any regarding how many miles I should run next week and how much food I should put into my body to pull myself out of this funk. Pretty please. :)

Teena, you're all right. It was just a crazy crazy week. Relax, and get ready for a great marathon on Saturday. Don't hold back on eating lots of good food on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday lunch and dinner you should probably use a little more discretion.
How much should you run? Way less. You can't do anything to help your marathon this week, but you can do a lot to hurt it. Savor the taper madness and the extra time you have because you aren't logging 50. I would run 3-5 miles 3-4 times, tops, maximum of 2 miles (if any) on Friday.
But why am I telling you this? You've run what, a hundred or so marathons? Good luck!
