Nice hill work.

From Andy on Thu, Apr 28, 2011 at 14:38:49 from 159.212.71.77

Glad to see that you ran a recovery run.

From Smooth on Thu, Apr 28, 2011 at 14:58:46 from 67.2.99.202

Andy ~ I think she has another recovery run or pm workout in the docket! Although a progressive incline run would be a tough workout for me!!! :)

NICELY done SSF! Just don't overdo it!

From Andy on Thu, Apr 28, 2011 at 15:01:23 from 159.212.71.77

I know that she does. Just trying to remind her that today is a recovery day. I agree that a progressive incline run is not really a recovery run.

From Teena Marie on Thu, Apr 28, 2011 at 15:08:50 from 67.2.88.232

I promise ... it was totally a recovery run. I set my treadmill to a 10:00 pace and just bumped up the incline by .5 each mile. (I was only on 3.5 when I ended). I promise ... I am being a very good girl. :) :) :)

SSF :) :) :)

Where are your new posts?

(I am so sick of studying for finals ... icky icky icky.)

SSF ~ I haven't got on the computer. I couldn't download or import my pictures to my computer. Just been catching up with laundry, house cleaning, going to the temple, busy trying to get back to my routine...so just comment on the blog from my iPad in btw doing stuff and running errands! I really have nothing interesting to post so just putting it off! I am feeling blue! But I am glad I don't have to study for finals! Prez has Stake Conference this weekend, he is super busy. But we are going to the Capitol Theatrre tomorrow night and we have had two *afternoon delights* this week! :)

Hey Smooth knows that song too? Next year when my kids are in school all day I'm going to learn that song! :)

A 10:00 pace is a recovery pace for you and pretty darn awesome pace for me! That makes me laugh!

From Kathie on Thu, Apr 28, 2011 at 20:33:39 from 97.126.209.130

Nice recovery run with hills to boot! I am so excited for Ogden. The fact that I am doing the half and can watch you come it is really making me happy!

Nice hill/recovery run! You are just doing a GREAT job with all of your running.

I am going to have to reconsider the blogs that I frequent. This one is a bit to racey for me.

Wow, ladies! We are sharing WAY too much information on the blog. ;)

From Teena Marie on Thu, Apr 28, 2011 at 23:41:21 from 67.2.88.232

SSF~

Not quite sure what to say!!!!! :) :) :) Although, I hate it when you feel blue. :( I'm guessing that you are missing your kids. No worries, I have some you can borrow. Btw, I miss your posts.

Love and miss you.

Sis~

You are too cute!!!!! :) :) :) How are you feeling? How is the leg? Have you made any yummy desserts? When are we going to Menchies?

Kathie~

I will be SO SO SO excited to see you!!!! :) :) :)

Rachel~

Thanks! All of these miles are really starting to make me tired though. I can tell that my body fully realizes that taper time is right around the corner. Hallelujah! :)

Andy and Matt~

It's NOT me!!!!! It's the stake president's wife and my sister-in-law!!!! Let it be known that I am 100% innocent!!!

I swear I just checked your blog a couple of hours ago and it still showed Wednesday's entry. Sounds to me like you took it easy today. 6 mph on a treadmill should feel very easy for you, even on a 3.5 incline.

From Annie on Fri, Apr 29, 2011 at 00:41:33 from 204.99.163.126

My leg is pretty ok! The outside part feels good but the old SF spot is bugging me a little. Don't really know what to do about that. Suggestions are welcome from anyone!!! Took today off and my cute little Nic wants to run a couple miles with me in the morning because the easter bunny brought him some running shoes, so we will see how it feels after a couple slow miles with my cute little man!

I was just reading about the Yasso 800's and I'd really like to give that a try sometime in my life so if my wimpy legs would cooperate and allow me to do that I'd appreciate it.

Good job getting in some recovery miles Teena.
