I love that your leg is doing great! :)

Nice miles and pace!

Do you know Tai Chi? I've always wanted to learn Tai Chi.

Nothing like easing back into things with a 7-miler...

good news all around! Love Tai Chi. My dad used to always do it and when I was little I'd sit and shadow him :)

SSF~

I don't know much, but I am trying to learn more. There has been a lot of research done on how it enhances balance and decreases fall in the senior population. I have been working with my mom and mother-in-law in trying to help them live more healthy lifestyles. I am trying to find ways to exercise that promotes certain things I am working with them on as well as making it interesting in fun. I think T'ai Chi is a GREAT way of doing that. I love the lower extremity workout you can get with it in addition to balance training AND it is awesome for stress relief. :) I am definitely a novice!!! :)

Toby~

I believe T'ai Chi originally was used as a martial art but now is often used in a slower form as a means of exercise and meditation. The more I learn ... the more I like! :)

Kam~

Hey now ... I had a 5 miler and a 4 miler prior!! :)

Rad~

Then you likely know more than I do about T'ai Chi! I do think it is extremely cool! :)
