11 miles: 1 mile warm up 8:00, 7:30, 6:59 X 2 1 easy 5 X 400 meters each at 1:30 with 1 minute super easy jog between each .75 mile cool down ** Not sure why I forced this. Wasn't feeling that hot and struggled. Boo!!! Oh well ... what's done is done! OFF TO VEGAS with the family!!! :) :) :) |
