What a great start to the week! I love your posts. :) Did you do this at home or the gym? Do you usually do your workouts early in the morning?

Brooke~
At the gym. My schedule this semester is quite nice for working out in the morning. Today I arrived at the gym a little before 6:30. :)
(And yes, I like to workout in the morning!)

I am really starting to like my Pure Flows. :)
And as far as Boston goes ... as long as I get there pain free I will be totally happy!!! I love feeling this way. :)
