Nice job with the "trouble-makers" and multi-tasking with the cross training.

Love the hurry up and get done disease, I am starting to feel it every day!!

How many miles are ya doing Saturday? I am still trying to decide how long to go.

From Teena Marie on Thu, Feb 04, 2010 at 22:51:46 from 174.52.45.85

Thanks Paul!!!

Kel -- I have no idea. How about you? I was thinking about maybe taking Fly up on the trail running but am afraid I'll kill myself. BUT that is right up your alley!!! I'll ask him what time, how far, etc. Perhaps we should join him. I do have basketball games though.

From Kelli on Thu, Feb 04, 2010 at 22:54:34 from 71.219.89.82

I am kind of clumsy, but one day hope to be a trail runner!!!

I am thinking I will just run the hills at my house, that way I can cut out if I am not feeling great. Although, the longer I went today the better I felt (it seemed to clear my sinuses!!!)

From Kelli on Thu, Feb 04, 2010 at 22:56:48 from 71.219.89.82

Oh, and I need some new running tunes. What are your favorites (since we have the same taste)????

From Teena Marie on Thu, Feb 04, 2010 at 23:02:18 from 174.52.45.85

What time are you running your hills on Saturday? And what total distance?

I will send you a list of some of my faves! :)

From Emily on Fri, Feb 05, 2010 at 00:02:34 from 71.219.137.145

Wow girl! You probably burned more calories today than you ate! Great workout today!

From Kelli on Fri, Feb 05, 2010 at 09:53:36 from 71.219.89.82

You know me, I have no schedule on Saturdays right now!! I am really liking that. I am not sure how far I will go, at least 10-12.

From Rhett on Fri, Feb 05, 2010 at 11:41:17 from 74.32.219.217

Looks like some good miles and some quality mom and kids time. Very nice.

From Smooth on Fri, Feb 05, 2010 at 14:39:46 from 174.23.232.65

SO HAPPY you ran with your munchkins! That puts a smile on my face! I can just see you doing the hurry-up miles with iPod blasting in your ears. WAY to multi-task in the home gym.

I guess I'm not invited to the Fly's trail nor the Kelli's hill run! I am so NOT in you guys' leagues! :(

From Teena Marie on Fri, Feb 05, 2010 at 17:52:57 from 174.52.45.85

Thanks Rhett and Emily!

SSF -- YOU KNOW that you are invited to ANYTHING I do!!! You're my SSF, Silly!!! Anyway ... WE are going to run tomorrow ... and WE are going to watch basketball tomorrow ... and then WE are going to run again!! :) :) :) I am so so so excited!!! Btw, it is us that are out of YOUR league!!! If you put in your marathon time into marathon guide's age adjustment thingy it says your time is equivalent to a 3:10 marathon!!! :) :) :)

Kel -- Smooth and I are going to do a kind of funky run tomorrow to fit in 20 miles. We are going to run to Payton's game after Rylee's (which is 8-9 miles uphill) then we are going to watch the game and then finish whatever we have left after! You can join us if you want! You know WE love YOU!!!

From Kelli on Fri, Feb 05, 2010 at 19:31:19 from 71.219.89.82

I do not think I am feeling well enough to run 20 tomorrow, 18 last week almost killed me!!! I am so congested, it really stinks (not really, cause I can not smell!) YOU GUYS have FUN running and watching b-ball, I will sleep in, run alone, come home and take a nap, eat, take another nap, go to b-ball, eat, go to bed!

Smooth, you are so far beyond my league it is FUNNY!

From DonGardinero on Sat, Feb 06, 2010 at 00:02:16 from 152.216.7.5

Hardcore!!!!! Have fun on your runs tomorrow.
