*12.5 on my own w/ 7 800s (400 m jog between each), 4 400s, and a couple 160 m strides in the middle.

(Watched Fonz' form while he was on the treadmill the other day. Tried to copy it during my speedwork while keeping my body fairly relaxed. Hmmmm ... )

Nice work! Changing our form is the hardest thing to do! Your doing a great job slowly ramping back up and avoiding injury.

Hi Teena,

Got your messege. If you post it comes through to my blackberry. I am still here and still running. 7 miles of hills today. I just NEVER have time to post, and it feels like im posting everywhere so I kind of gave up putting the runs in. I log them in my "paper" book at home, and im following a program on runners world that I bought so I put them there as well. Seems like I never have time to get on here. I will try harder. I just wanted to thank you for checking on me and let you know that I didnt quit...still plugging along lol

Way to go on the workout. I think your fitness level could kick my butt - I am feeling fat (eating with the kids all summer is doing me in ). You are so awesome. Hopefully you will come up to Pokie in Sept. even if you don't run.
