**Felt SO good to run a bit harder today! Leg did better than it has done in weeks! Must be all of the belgium chocolate covered cinnamon bears and strawberries that I ate last night!!! Yahoo!!! :)

I remember reading in Runner's World that "belgium chocolate covered cinnamon bears and strawberries " will improve your speed and endurance. Nice run! :)

Nice run! I've never tried cinnamon bears covered in chocolate. I tend to prefer my chocolate pure and unpolluted. But I may have to branch out. Glad to hear that your legs are feeling well. Ogden Marathon is only 13 weeks away!
