2.5 miles home, 7:55 AP then 2 miles with Iggy (who ran much slower tonight, 9:22 AP)

With the weights and plyos in the middle the whole workout lasted just under 2 hours.

I start my 4 X 10 hour shifts at work tomorrow. Hoping it goes well. It does mean that I have to get up even earlier now or run at night. Ugh . . . It will probably be a combination of them both!

Thanks Dale and Rhett!! We will see how my body handles this new schedule! This week I only had 3 10s (which were closer to 11s) since Monday was a holiday. Just the 3 10s wore me out so I am a little concerned about what 4 10s will do to me! With that said, having Fridays off RULES!!!!
