I tried to do my tempo run for 30 minutes but only made 20 before slowing down. I wasn't in the zone this time.
Interval workout for 30 minutes. Made it all the way through, even on the 11.5 mph interval (for 75 seconds).
Busy day today so have to settle for a token mile.
Looks like my daughter brought another virus home from preschool that got us all sick.
