Intervals on BYU Indoor Track. It's been a long time since I did intervals two weeks in a row. This one went pretty well. 10 x 1 lap with 1 lap rest. Times were approximately 70, 66, 64, 64, 62, 63, 64, 64, 62, 59. I'm really glad I got under 60 on the last one. If it were a full 400m, this time would equate to about a 74. |
