This turned out to be a pretty good run. I did my interval workout for 30 minutes and was able to complete all steps of it. That's pretty good for me. Even though I cover less ground in these interval workouts than the tempo runs, they are often more challenging because they get my heart rate up there. This week actually turned out really good for running. I enjoyed it and had several good runs. I missed Tuesday, which meant I couldn't miss any more days the rest of the week. But perhaps because of that, I enjoyed my runs more because I was consigned to the fact that I needed to run each of those days. Sounds confusing, so don't worry about trying to understand, but it makes sense to me. |
