7 miles of intervals on the treadmill at home. I was planning on 8, but my legs were hurting, so I ended early. Averaged about 7:40 pace.
7 miles of semi-tempo running on the treadmill. My lower legs are still sore. I hope I can get rid of this soreness before the July 4 race.
Another 7 miles on the treadmill. Calves still sore. 7:30 pace.
