Tried out the New Balance 690's on the treadmill. I did the sprint interval workout (7x75 seconds) that went from 7 minute pace down to 5:20 pace. And followed that up with some regular running for 32 minutes. The shoes are really comfortable. We'll see how durable they are.

Thanks, Dustin! I think you mentioned that you'd be OK having us stay with your guys for the marathon. Is that still OK, especially with the baby coming and all?

Yeah Steve we are still planning on you guys staying. It shouldn't be a problem. I think Jordan might have a varsity football game. Sunny's original due date was Nov. 1st, but last appointment they said she was measuring like 2 weeks early, said our baby girl was actually on the big side, so I guess that is good she is healthy and growing.
