Ran 4.5 mile tempo run on the treadmill in 31 minutes. It feels great to run for that short of a time. I think I'm going to do some interval workout each week for awhile and see if I can get faster.

How you feeling lately? Recovering?

From Steve Piccolo on Mon, Apr 05, 2010 at 16:16:42 from 155.100.160.187

Hi Burt. Thanks for asking. i feel pretty good. It took me 2-3 days to stop feeling sore while walking and a couple more days to not feel tired when I ran hard. But my past two workouts have been solid (though short), so I seem to be handling the recovery well (thankfully).

What's your next big race? Signing up for St. George this year?

From Burt on Mon, Apr 05, 2010 at 16:28:32 from 206.19.214.144

That's good news. My next big race that I'm signed up for is Ragnar Wasatch Back. I'm not sure if you can call it a race, though. I do plan on signing up for St. Geore, but haven't done it yet. I hope my hamstring gets to feeling better.
