I thought today was my day to finally complete the hill workout on the treadmill that I have been trying to do for about 6 months. It's 7 minutes pace, random hills, at Level 9 for 4.5 miles. I made it to 3.5 miles but then had to take a 2.5 minute break. Then I ran another 0.5 mile on Level 9 and bumped it down to Level 1 for the last 0.5 mile. I plan to keep doing this workout each week and get stronger on the hills. |
