Finished off the week and the year with 400 m repeats on the streets. It was good. My fastest was 69 seconds (downhill). I made my weekly goal of 20 miles. And I am super proud of the accomplishment of completing my third straight calendar year in which I ran 5 days per week, every week. That makes me happier than any race I've run during that time. My mileage has dropped this year, but I have kept my commitment to myself and will continue with it. I have no predictions for next year. I know for sure that I'm running UV half marathon in June. Besides that, I'm not sure. |
