Did my weekly hill workout on the treadmill. 7:00 pace. 10 miles total running, 8.6 of it as hills. I was able to run the first 3.5 miles at Level 7, but then I was dead and moved it down to Level 1. My legs felt heavy today. The treadmill also gave me a harder than normal random hill workout. Well, 27 miles so far this week. Hopefully I can still get it up to 60. We'll see. |
