| 2nd week in a row with more than 20 miles!!
And 2nd Saturday in a row with 7+ miles. Today I did it in two separate runs (4 miles in the morning, 3.2 in the evening + some 30 second sprints). It feels fantastic to be running hard again!
But for some reason, I feel no motivation to race. But maybe that will come with increased fitness.
