Bill and I kicked butt last night at Worthen Park. Mile repeats once again for the 3rd week in a row. We did 4, 1 mile repeats. 1 mile warm up. 1. 5:42 - legs were having a hard time getting moving. 2. 5:35 3. 5:30 4: 5:25 1 mile cool down. Clyde showed up and ran the last 800 cool down with us. |
