AM - Solid run this monring. I was feeling like a slacker for not going long yesterday so I decided to do a nice solid paced run on the bike path, 6:10 average for the whole run and threw in a little 4 mile up tempo at the end. 5:52, 5:39, 5:55, 5:45 up the hill to the house.  I seriously thought the humidity was going to kill me at the end of this run.

AM - Speed Work at the track this morning. Large group this morning, about 50 of us. Yasso's, warm-up, cooldown and stairs. My goal was to just keep them as close to 2:35 as possible.

Here's the breakdown of the 10 x 800's:   2:35, 2:36, 2:35, 2:39 (track issue), 2:33, 2;32, 2:34, 2:35, 2:33 and 2:32.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the workout I averaged  2:34,  second faster than my goal pace.

AM - Ran around the bloomington loop and up the bike path to my massage at Adam Byington's.  Nice solid pace and not too tight from yesterday's speed. 11 miles

AM - Ran to the store this morning to meet up for a little meeting. Still really humid out. I just sweat like a mad-man. Wrapped my clothes, towel, etc. in plastic, and put it in a pack and ran. Worked out great, more people should just run to work. 9 miles

PM- Ran home from the store 3pm, 102F. Humidity is at 21% but it felt like 100%. I was totally soaked by the time I got home. 9 miles home plus added to 2 extra make it 20 for the day. Slow but steady.

AM - 10 miles out and back on the bike path.  Felt a little tired and worn.  I think I still had some residual tiredness from yesterday. I'm just happy to be done for the day. Big day tomorrow.

AM - Met-up with the running club at Unity Park in Ivins and took the Red Mt. Shuttle up to Veyo via Gunlock for our 20 mile run.  We had a great group this morning probably about 48 people.  I decided to just take it easy the first ten and then do a tempo for the second ten.  Ran most the way with James H.  It's good to have him feeling healthy again and our on the runs.  After the 10 mile water drop I started a litlle tempo action (5:50 pace), I almost didn't do it due to feeling pretty beat-up from this week. I ended up feeling pretty good the first 4 miles then just started feeling really flat. I decided to just shut it down and take it easy the rest of the way in. I was a little bugged I didn't have the energy to go any faster or go longer with the tempo, Oh well! 20.25

Overall, I'm really happy with my week. I had some solid runs, but I'm glad it's over.
