The run that went up, up, up.

Ran in the morning with Dave and Bill from the Confluence Trail head at the Dixie Convention Center. We went over to Green valley, to Sunset Blvd., over to Snow Canyon Pkwy via the Entrada Golf Course Trail, up through The Cliff's housing development and up onto the dirt and the Paradise Rim trail, over to Chuckawalla Trail head and down Bluff St. back to the Convention Center.

At the end of the run Dave said we climbed almost 1000 ft. in Elv.

I felt pretty good the whole run. Dave and I picked up the pace a little coming down Bluff. I felt pretty strong the whole run except for some small hydration issues and my Hams and Rear-End feeling a little tight the last 1/2 mile.

Good week of training Steve, it is a busy time of year, but good to get in some miles.

My hydration issues set in later. In the middle of the girls' dance recital my hammy started cramping. It sent me flying!
