Slow long run. Felt pretty depleated. Bill and I ran out over the T-Bone trail and tried to find the loop that CLyde runs. We ended up turning around and coming back the way we came. When I looked on Google Earth I found out we turned around 100M shy of where we should have caught his trail. Oh, well. Over all it was a pretty good run, but I felt pretty tired after and dehydrated.

Hey Steve, good job on getting the long run in, I'm sure the longer runs will start getting easier before too long. The race went pretty good, I think both Clyde and I were happy with our times. I still need to push it a little more to get up there with Clyde, but overall it was a good race. We talked to a few guys after the race about the club. Steve Olsen would like to talk to you a little more about the club and his involvement at the Summit Athletic Club. Well, have a good rest of the weekend.

Thanks De-enz. I hope they get easier soon.

That's great great you guys were able to talk to a few guys about coming and running with us. Hopefully they will show.
