Ran this morning with the morning group at the Snow Canyon HS. The track was still not open due to the infield being re-surfaced so we did 800's with the Cross Country Team on the grass.  Got in a total of 8 miles.

Good start to the week. Mine hasn't been so great. I spent most of yesterday down on my hands and knees laying tile, got most of the job done, but didn't get a run in last night. We missed you at the race, but thanks for the gift certificates. That course was a lot harder than I thought it would be, especially the last few miles.

Missed you the other day... But you didn't miss much. A pretty lame and crap run. Of course, it is never that great when you don't run well. Shoes feel pretty good, but I don't know that I would spend the big bucks on them.
