Morning Run 4.5 - Easy start, picked it up a little towards the end.

Evening Run. 12 Min Warm-up.

Pick-ups:

- 5 min, uphill felt pretty tired by the end of 5 min.

- 4.5 min, was supposed to be 5 min. but I could see my watch because it was too dark. It was all down hill and I felt like I was zooming.

3.5 min, Got a little tire towards the end and my throat felt all dryed out because of the smoke in the air for fires on the other side of the Mountian.

Overall I was really happy with the workout.

Total miles for my evening run was 5.
