I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Was really hoping to run faster than I did in 07 but that obviously didn't happen. I ended up 3 min slower. I think its just due to running too slow on training run, no speed work, and the SQ 50 last month. I think by just staying consistent and adding some speed work I'll be able to make some good gains.

Hopefully, my schedule will work better next year and I can come up and race Bryce again. It sounded like it was pretty hot this year. You ran a decent race, considering it wasn't to long ago you did the 50 miler.
