Morning 5 Mile Run. Felt good and picked it up for about a mile. I couldn't believe how warm it was at 8:15am.

Yesterday I think the temp got up to 115 F. in St. George.

Evening Run 5 Miles. Easy run picked it up pretty fast for about a mile on the way back.

Steve it looks like you and Bill had a good run this weekend.

Isn't this weather insane! I really don't know how I'm going to get my miles in when its still 100 at 9 or 10pm.

Have you ever had any issues with PF in you feet? I feel like the left arch of my foot is hurt pretty bad. What are some ways to help it heal?

Hopeufully Dustin and I recruited some more guys to come out and run. Logan said he would come on Thursday.

Superfly,

I have had some PF problems in the past and I know Bill has as well.

What helped me was getting stability inserts like supperfeet, icing, anti-inflammatory, and messaging my foot with a golf ball on the floor.

Really be careful with this injury, it can go on and on and become chronic if you're not careful.

Hopefully those guys will start showing. The more the better.
