Met-up with Dave, Logan, Mike, Bill, Dustin, Aaron and Clyde this morning and ran the SG Half Course. Nice steady pace. I didn't have the Garmin but according to Dave's Garmin we averaged in the 6:40's. I really didn't feel that great this morning, my left hip was acting up a little bit.  Started a small push the last 5k - got dropped.

Good job Steve! You will do great on Saturday- I should have run with you all. I probably would have had a better time rather than dieing out on the Southern Parkway.....LOL
