I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
Great run this morning. Pushed it pretty good through the desert reserve. Saw some of the guys from the Bike Shop out mountian biking and stop and talked to them for about 5 min.
Good job getting out. I hope to be running in a few days and I'll try to do the painter's if I feel like I can run that distance, probably not going to be a very fast time though.
