AM - Great run this morning. I've been wanting to start adding some kind of tempo run every week to my workouts. Since I'm already doing trackwork on Tues I wanted to ease into it. I ended up doing a 2 miler (5:05, 514), 1 mile (5:03), 10x100 M. I was a little excited and took off a bit fast on the 2 miler. However, I'm happy with just doing another little speed workout this week. Next week I'll try to get in atleast 3 miles together. 12 miles total. |
