AM - Good track workout this morning with the club. 2 sets of 400, 800, 1200 at 5k+ pace. Felt pretty smooth except for my hips and hamstring. With warm-up, the workout and cooldown I hit 6 miles. Went home and headed out for another 12 miles out past Stahli Farm and back home. By about mile 9 my hips locked up on me again. It really makes me feel like a little baby, but it just hurts. I just need to spend even more time stretching them out and working with the foam roller. I also have a massage on Thursday. 12 miles
