5 miles easy. Knee felt a little tight, weak and I had a touch of discomfort. It was nice to get out.

Steve...buddy it sounds like your having a health crisis. I hope your body heals up. We missed running with you on Sat. How are you feeling about Tues. If you come we can sign a pact to not push it at all so we can get you back to %100. Hang in there. If you want to check the office out, and look at that option I could meet you over there before the run or we could go over after.

Thanks for the concern Clyde. I'm planning on coming today for the group run. I'll just go slow and cut off some of the miles.

I'll give you a call about checking out the office today before the run.

Steve, I will bring a rope to put around superflys waist. he can pull us all for 5 miles. that should slow him down a little.

Good recovery. Keep it up. Be gentle, though, but consistent.
