Ran with Dave, Dustin, & Bill over the Painters 1/2 marathon course. Took a while to get warmed-up. We started picking it up about 1/2 way through and my intestines started exploding so I had to stop at the Bloomington Country Club and leave them a little Christmas Present.
Nice steady pace back to the finish line. We ended up a little short of the 1/2 marathon due to missing a loop in Bloomington Hills. I'm hoping to cut the race short as well, so it was perfect training.
I came-up a little short of my goal of 60 for the week. I think I'm going to join the gym next to The Store so I can start getting some treadmill work in the evening. I also need to start doing some weights as well. |
