Went out for a morning run. Felt Pretty good. Spent about 45 min. stretching last night and some more time this morning before I went out. I just wanted to make sure my knee didn't start acting-up. However, about 3.5 miles into the run it started to tighten up on me. So, I stopped and stretched for a while and it seemed to be OK after that. Pushed the pace on and off. I figure I had about 3 miles at marathon pace 2 easy miles. I hope to get out and get another run in this evening. |
