Ran my Desert Reserve loop from the house. I love that loop, it's so peaceful and quite out there in the mornings. I felt pretty good. However, with about .75 of a mile left I started getting my patent knee pain. I should have spent a little time stretching out before I took off. I also was pushing it a little for about 2 miles before the pain came on. I just slowed down and took it easy back to the house. Looking forward to the run tomorrow at 7 with the guys. |
