AM - Club workout this morning. Great Group! Our group ended up doing 5x800m after our warm-ups. I'm finding my brain isn't working too hot early in the morning. I think I'm going to need a Gu before talking to the group - my ramblings are getting retarded. My personal workout was lacking a bit. I think it was due to my Sat. run. I just couldn't seem to get myself going and my stomach was acting up a bit. (2:36, 2:34, 2:34, 2:34, 2:37). 7 miles total.
Drove home and went out and did 10 more. Turf Farm to Stahli Farm and back. Steady pace until I started coming back up the hill to the Community Center. Took it eays the last 1.5 miles. 10 miles. |
