AM - Got up and ran with the Club this morning at the Dixie College Track. 6 miles total. We ran out of time and didn't get all the repeats in. Ended up doing 2x400m and 4 x800 (all 800's were at 2:34). Hips felt like they were catching a bit. I felt like my body was working harder than my lungs. Overall an OK workout, nothing amazing. We had a good group today and everyone did really well.
Got home from the track with Kendra and went out and added another 13+ miles. Felt really Good. The hips didn't act up until the end. 13.2 miles. |
