I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

AM - Met- up with the club this morning and ran River Rd, to Bingham Rd, Man of War, Bloomington Loop, and back to the Dixie Center. Mike, Tom, Bill, Dustin and Myself Stayed with each other most the way.  As we started going through Bloomington my Hami started tightening up and I pulled back quite a bit the last 5 miles.  Overall, I really wasn't too happy about the run - just happy it's done.
