I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
Morning Run 5 Miles Easy. Ran over to the transfer station headed North then back home. Felt OK, legs a little tight.

Steve - need more miles. Go for another run tonight. Even if it is only 2-3 miles that is better than nothing.

I looked at your last week. 5 miles a day seems to be a pattern. Try addressing the problem by always starting your day with a 3 mile jog. That way, if you procrastinate the real run until the evening and can only go 5 miles, you will have at least 8 for the day.

Thanks For the comments. My goal for this week it to put in 48 miles. I have 8 miles scheduled for Wed, Thurs, and Fri. then 10 on Sat.
