I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
Club run - Did the Thurs club loop extended to 10 miles. Fleet pretty good and tried pushing the pace at the end - however I'm paying for it today - my hips are majorly tight.
Steve, you've moved it all the way down to only 1 day a week missing the run! Nice job. I can already tell it is making huge gains for you (i.e. last Saturday when you killed me!) Next week - none?!
Heard you're handing out h2o at the Tuachan Duathlon tomorrow? I'm running the 10k, will be looking for ya! Do you know anyone else from the FRB who's running beside Ruth?
I forgot to thank you for the quick turnaround on my order. My stuff came in the next day! Looking forward to Del Sol and meeting you in a few weeks...
