I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Tough morning of 4x1mile repeats. Did the same repeats I've been doing in January but just couldn't seem to get going.  The times weren't too bad. However, I was slower than a couple weeks ago.  I think a lot of it was mental and I did have a little headwind.

Steve,

They look pretty good to me. I have to do the really fast stuff in the evening. Just can't get the metabolism and nervous system in the morning for some reason.
