Good jod, Big Dog! I saw you running last night with the club. I am thinking about bringing the bike out. I am getting bored in my garage!

From Wildbull on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 10:24:27

Bring the bike Mike and a rope to put around my neck and drag me along! Steve. Question Steve when you get to the store after your run, what do you do?

A take a sponge bath

B. Tell you customers the smell is from the bike shop.

C. Do you like my colnge!

D. Tell your customers the smell is free but the shoes cost extra!

E. Tell them they just missed the Wildbull!

From Steve Hooper on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 10:25:50

Totally - come on out and pace us on the bike! I had a coach that used to do that and he would work at keeping us on pace.

From Steve Hooper on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 10:26:54

Bill, you've been running long enought with me to know - I Don't Sweat!

From Mike Warren on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 10:27:04

I saw Steve, bathing in the gutter one day! Maybe, that anwsers your qustion, Bull.

From Dustin on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 10:27:17

Are people meeting tomorrow for a run? I would like to do between 15 to 20 miles

From Steve Hooper on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 10:34:55

Yes - we are meeting at the Dixie Conv. Center @ 7am. Clyde has a run in store for us!

From Wildbull on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 10:37:53

Oh goodie! A Desert run. should I bring change in case we end up in mesquite! Mike Bring your Bike!

From Dustin on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 11:01:49

It better be easy, that is all I can say.

From Mike Warren on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 11:06:05

Dustin, Clyde and easy don't mix!

From Wildbull on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 11:07:36

Clde is getting soft. His missed his run this morning! What a baby!

From Dustin on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 11:14:01

Bull, Clyde has more morning runs this year than you, me, Mike, and Steve combined. Only Chuck Norris is stronger than Clyde. We don't want to upset the guy especially if he is planning the route for tomorrow. I'm betting he is now thinking of leaving from the Dixie Center and dragging us up Webb Hill.

From Mike Warren on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 11:47:30

I don't think Clyde, is tough enough to run Webb Hill! I agree with the Bull, Clyde is getting soft! Easy for me to say, good thing I won't be running with you guys tomorrow. But hey, have fun with Clyde, I am sure he won't take it out on you guys, HaHa!

From Dustin on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 11:50:45

Oh we've done Webb Hill a number of times, you've just missed out Mike. When you get healed up we'll have to take you on the loop.

From Steve Hooper on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 11:54:38

We're not doing Webb Hill. We're doing 3 6.5 mile loops with the 2nd loop being a tempo.

From Dustin on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 12:03:47

Are you serious about the 3 loops? and the second being a tempo. If so I won't do a tempo run tonight. I'll just do an easy 10 to 12

From Steve Hooper on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 13:36:56

Dustin - yea, I'm serious. I don't joke about running.

From Wildbull on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 13:44:04

Im bringing the Speedo tomorrow!

From Sasha Pachev on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 13:56:05

What smell? If you guys had ever experienced men's public bathroom in Moscow, or particularly in some small Russian town, runner's sweat would smell to you like a flower.

From Superfly on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 17:08:35

You guys are all sniffing rubber cement. Yes we are doing the loop course tomorrow on a trial basis. It is roughly 6.5 miles per loop and I wanted to do it three times and extend the little to get to 20. Depending on how it lays out we can use it as a tempo loop to measure progress for the future.

So if we feel good tomorrow we can do the 2nd or 3rd lap at marathon pace... See you guys tomorrow. Bill you should bring your speedo! It would be like that thing Steve wears on his head.

From steve hooper on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 18:17:26

Just so you know Clyde - It's called a Yamika.

From Hayden on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 18:26:18

what is the Dixie Conv. Center, is that the basketball court?

From Hayden on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 18:31:05

Cause i want to come tommorrow and will be their and ready for that tempo run.

From steve hooper on Fri, Mar 21, 2008 at 18:41:18

We're meeting at the trailhead down by where the Painter's Half Marathon starts. By the Wildlife Museum. Does that help?
