I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Utah Hill run with Dave.  14 mile loop x2 with some miles added at the end. Over all I felt much better than I did during my last 26 miler. I think it was mostly due to my hydration being a little more consistant. The last two miles my pace dropped a little too much. I also need work on my hills.
