I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
good job 10.5 miles is awesome! My hip flexors are really sore. my hip is sore from falling. I probably will not make it tonight. I think i will take a day off.
I am looking forward to Bryce this year. It should be a great race. My wife and I will be in St. George the 19th through the 25th. I will have to get with you guys so we can run together. Plus, I need to come check out the store.
