Great run up here in SLC. Started the run on 4500 S 1300 E and run up 4500 S up to millcreek canyon 6 miles and back.  Great climb on the way up - my calf was getting a little tight on the way back down. 12 miles total

Great run - nice weather - atleast for SLC.

Steve nice today, great that you could get out and enjoy the weather. Did you happen to get my shoe request?

Hope you had a good time up North. We'll have to get together soon for a run.
