AM - Met up with the group. Ran with James B. and Clyde. Felt great until about 7 miles in and my hips started acting up again. I wasn't too happy about it. We stopped for a few min for a bathroom break but I couldn't get them to relax. So, I just headed back.  My last two Sat. run haven't been too hot.  I think my hips are weak and just not holding up towards the end of the wee. 12.7 miles

I think I'm going to go back out this PM and get my 80 miles.

PM - Run home from the store this afternoon - extended. 4 miles.

Still good job getting out everyday and getting solid mileage in even though you've felt junky. It's these weeks that'll really build the depth needed to run a good marathon.

I agree with Clyde, don't get discouraged by it. I had fun running with you two today. I'll call you about those shoes, and let me know when you get the fat man singlets in. Good to see you again as always!

Steve, sorry to hear about the hips as I should know and I definitely can relate.. You have put in some great runs and I know it's going to pay off. Hope to run with you guys again soon some day:)

Miss the old days..
