I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

7 easy miles over in the Desert Reserve this morning.

Met with the group this evening and ran from the store. 7 miles via Desert Reserve over by the Golf Course and back to the store on the Diagonal. Picked it up a little by the Diagonal and up and over to Snow Canyon Prkwy. Hit 5:15 for a while on some of the Down hill trying to catch Dave (it didn't work). Good quick run.

Steve,

It was good to run with you and your club too. You guys have a good group down there and should have some pretty good success this year because of it.

Thanks for the offer to stay with you, I might take you up on it in the near future. The same goes for you, if you guys ever need a place to stay up this way let me know.

I would like a pair of those Tangent 2s if you can get me a decent deal, I'll call you sometime about it.
