I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

5.5 miles morning run slow with the morning running group from the store.

6.7 miles with the the club (Toby, Dustin, Clyde and myself).  Not too fast, but still a nice steady nice run.  I found a new trail that cuts down from Skyline drive that I want to try out. It was good to have Dustin and Clyde back for the Thurs. workouts.
