Time 1:15:54 AP 9:30 This started out as a recovery run and ended as a race to get home to drive my daughters carpool. It was warm, cloudy and looked like rain. I ran straight in to a strong head wind to start out. the first 4.50 miles were hills, wind, and ended with a dead end trail at the top of the bottom of the mountain:) I had to hurry home cause that all took too long. Here are my funny splits for "recovery run." 9:53, 10:10, 10:34, 10:49 (hello! dead end trail I had never been on ), 9:41, 8:21, 8:12, 8:18 (flat). Bryan Kest Power Yoga 2! 51 minutes.
