60 minute interval training TM run. I watched "What not to wear" and "Baby story" and listened to music on commercials. Started crying when they put the baby on the Mom's chest while running at 7.5 speed, not a good combo. I ran at 8.0 for a minute at some point. Or maybe it was 30 seconds. It was hard.

MY NEW SHOES ARE GREAT! I'll run in them till Sunday when I have to put them back in the box and wrap them for my b-day.

By the way Lysa and JD. I noticed I did put in initial mileage was 80 on those Kinsei's so that is the total mileage. We had this conversation before the marathon. Anyway, LOTS of miles on those shoes. I seriously want to frame them Lys seeing as they were my first marathon shoes!

That's a goodly amount of miles on them shoes. Now you can use 'em on easy, shorter runs to change things up a bit and give the new shoes a break now-n-then.

Nice job running that on the TM. I hate it when I get emotional during runs. It is NOT a good thing. But I seem to do it quite often actually. Happy you LOVE the new shoes!

Yay! I'm glad I can still use my old shoes. I really wasn't sure.

I like to use shoes with a lot of miles on them for treadmill runs.

Shadow box those shoes!!!!

Crying while running? That has got to be difficult. Well, maybe not, if you sweat like the rest of us on that machine! I guess all the salt water just blends together.
